This property had many challenges,limited access,elevated location on sand,flood prone and 3 bush fire classifications.
The clients desire was for a smart design on this small block, incorporating a lap pool integrated into the structure of the home, a dedicated home office and a seperate granny flat. The style was to incorporate the “Hampton” style modified for beach living. This was achieved with the clever use of timber panelling below dado rail, smart kitchen design and selection of bathroom fixtures to complement the overall aesthetics of the style.
