Riley's Renovation
The brief from the client was for a total makeover of a 1985 brick veneer cottage.
The internal space was totally gutted and redesigned to take advantage of a pleasant North Eastern aspect of the courtyard at the rear of the property. New bathrooms, kitchen, floor coverings and a large stacker door leading to the new courtyard all added to creating a new pleasant living environment. A polycarbonate translucent patio roof over a new paved courtyard adds to the external living space.
